Not to
discriminate, but I felt like the youngest
person in the place, so we left after an hour.
NV
- East Hampton
Yes, they were having some type of Bikini Contest. I have
to be honest and say that NV was the hottest club in the
Hamptons for the past 3 summers. WHAT Happened?
The bouncers at
the door didn't want to let any single guys
in without a female companion. That's after being on a guest
list and presenting a gold NV card. However, when I explained
that I was the president of NYCLife, the doors opened. I don't
really understand what happened to the place, but things did
change. It seemed as if 50% of the club had been closed
down. I guess the dance clubs of the summer of 2002 are
"Jet East" and "The Star Room". Although, I must say
the
bouncers at NV were actually nicer then at "The Star
Room".
I was on the guest list at the "Star Room" and they still wanted
me to wait over an hour. Needless to say I think the Star Room
sucks, and they can go "F#*% themselves! I don't need to go
out to the Hamptons and subject myself to that Bull$hi7, I can
stay in Manhattan and do that.
